About Us


After over 15 years working in and around the luggage industry and connecting daily with Australian travellers, we rethought how Australians buy and use their luggage and came up with a better way. 

In an effort to make premium, specialised bags more accessible and sustainable we looked at the fashion industry for inspiration. Consumers have whole heartedly adopted the rental model, knowing they can access premium products perfectly suited to their needs at an affordable price, without the need to purchase for single or limited use and have items taking up valuable space in their home. 

The rental model suits luggage perfectly, it has a low frequency of use and it takes up so much space. It's also likely that the bag you use for one trip won't exactly suit the next trip. Luggage is difficult to navigate, a big investment and often a nuisance with warranty repairs needed and/or damage that needs to be addressed. 

Most of the customers we speak with are overwhelmed by the choice; we decided to simplify the whole process by providing the best option in each category, making everything you need available in the one place, including accessories and security items then simply delivering it to your door. We take care of all warranty and repairs and we provide bag trackers on our bags to help reunite you with them if they go missing whilst travelling. Our key goal is to take the hassle out of the luggage experience.
